High School
Like in the historical section, I have this little history lesson, to show where I started.

The dress with the poofey skirt was made for (I think) my 10th grade Homecoming. It should be noted that this did not stop me from just wearing it to school for a couple of years after, though I did make a couple of alternate skirts, that were less *big*...

The bodice started from a pattern, but that didn't last long. The sleeves and skirt were entirely a case of me figuring it out.

The bodice with the plaid skirt was my Senior Prom dress, and may have started with same pattern that inspired the poofey dress, above. By the time I made this one, I knew a lot more about corset construction; so it is much sturdier than the first attempt.
