I started this to have a camp project, at an event. It was handsewn, so I just carried it around with for me for a couple of weeks after that, and it was finished with a minimum of pain and suffering.
After wearing it pinned shut for a while, I found some perfect wooden beads, and decided that it needed to be buttoned. I made some lucet cord, and tacked it down at interval, to make loops, and then sewed the beads on with thread shanks: BUTTONS!!!
